In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) cx77 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cx77 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity matching systems to detect duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cx77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must:

• Any active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully played through before real-money withdrawals are processed. Attempting to withdraw while wagering requirements are outstanding may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

cx77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These general Bonus Terms apply to all cx77 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirement.

• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only and applied to the account balance on the schedule stated in the specific promotion. Cashback is credited as real money unless otherwise specified.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cx77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction or copying of any cx77 content; distribution, sale, or commercial exploitation of any cx77 materials; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any cx77 software; or creation of derivative works based on cx77 content without express written authorisation from cx77.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, cx77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the cx77 platform — including but not limited to: loss of funds due to voluntary gaming activity; losses arising from decisions made based on platform information; losses attributable to network or connectivity failures beyond cx77's reasonable control; or any other loss of profit, revenue, or data.

The cx77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cx77 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

cx77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using cx77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or KYC/AML requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without legitimate cause.
• Abuse of promotional offers or the cx77 bonus system.
• Registration under a false identity or age misrepresentation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cx77 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be refunded to your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the cx77 platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification, which will not be less than 7 days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the cx77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using cx77 and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
